Do You Deliver Exceptional Customer Service?
As a policy, we are constantly looking for technicians who truly understand the art of customer service as well as computer service. In many ways, we are looking for the kind of person who expects excellent customer service when they are at a restaurant and delivers the same when they provide service. If you are a person that goes the extra mile to help a customer, even if it means you know you won't reap the rewards of your efforts immediately, but understand that your efforts will be returned to you in the form of customers that request you or in possible promotions, then you are the person that should be working for us.
We tend to hire workaholics. The hours are unique since we service a lot of home clients as well as office customers. We provide service starting as early as 9:00 AM in the morning, as late as 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays. The newer you are, the more likely we will want you to work six days. We give preference to those that have been with us longer for days off. However, if you need a particular day off for personal reasons, we are happy to oblige as long as we have proper notice and the requests are not excessive. The hungrier you are, the more money you will make and the more we know we can rely on you to take excellent care of our customers. For part-time techs, we can enhance your current income while increasing your skill set.
As management, our job is to match up customers and technicians to solve our customer's problems. So, we need technicians that are ready to put their customers as priority one. When techs do that, we can make our technicians our priority one.
Do You Know Your Stuff?
Certifications and degrees are nice. They do not prove you know what you are doing. We carefully go over each resume. We do not look for key words. We look for experience and success. We do a lot of internet and network troubleshooting as well as hardware and software troubleshooting. Here is an example of our current ad:
Why do we want spyware expertise?
We service many home clients that are not in a corporate environment. Subsequently, they do not have the restrictions that corporate network place on their internet use, and they can easily get spyware. For this reason, we need technicians who are seasoned in the necessary tasks to eradicate spyware & educate our customers to help them avoid getting it in the future.
